Engagement Context

At Hyundai Motor Company (HMC), the Strategy and Transformation function is not unlike a Research and Development business unit. HMC faced the challenge of staying relevant amidst the changing automotive landscape acknowledging the need for a customer-based platform business. In our collaborative endeavor, our objective was to unearth meaningful ways to develop data surrounding the use of automotive, mobility and life services and platforms.
