lavertue.com news

-- yes, it has been quite some time since i last made an update. just over 5 months. and, quite a lot has happened since then.

-- my summer was fairly uneventful. i didn't do anything spectacular or even visiting any place too far away. i made many trips to nyc to visit with kreg and kate. i ventured over to cambridge a few times to visit with sarah and erika. and, of course, i made a few trips to new hampshire/maine to visit with family and friends. towards the end of the summer, i, for reasons some may know, i moved out and into a new place. it's quite large for myself, and i'm still attempting to make the place my current home. but, with my busy schedule, being sick, and low cash flow... it's taking a bit more time than i had hoped. plus, i am still on my land lady's case about repairing certain things.

-- when autumn arrived... it only meant one thing. my little sisters wedding. she and nick had great weather for the rehearsal. we weren't quite as lucky for the actual wedding, but, it wasn't nearly as bad as you can receive in the north country. and i was quite honored by kate asking me to be in the ceremony. i don't think she really knows how much it meant to me, but it did meant i lot, and i will definitely treasure that day.

-- and, in work related news, i got offered a full time position with L4B3L! i am very excited about this opportunity, and i can't wait to receive the benefits of being a full time employee! not that being self employed doesn't have certain benefits, but i was ready for a change. i'm not sure if it's decided or not, but i do believe my official title will be flash soldier & pixel terrorist.

-- i added two new projects to the work section. budweiser flickball and an espn promotional piece. i have also began conceptualizing several ideas for the new look for both sites. but, don't expect to see anything for a few months.

mutemuse.com news
-- it's that time of the year again. time for me to make some graphical changes to the look of the site. mutemuse has basically just turned into a playground for me to use. hopefully, over the next few months, i will open the playground for others to use.
